China's Silicon Valley & the Home of the "Six Little Dragons"

The journey begins in Hangzhou, the beating heart of China's AI revolution. Students explore the "Six Little Dragons" tech hall to see how AI is transforming every industry, take part in hands-on drone piloting and AI coding workshops, and step onto the century-old campus of Zhejiang University — one of China's most prestigious institutions. Between it all, there is time to cruise the poetic waters of West Lake and try traditional fan-making.

Where East Meets West in Perfect Harmony

A high-speed train whisks the group to Shanghai, China's global metropolis. Students wander the Ming-dynasty Yu Garden, taste local snacks around Chenghuang Temple, and take in the dazzling night views of the Huangpu River from The Bund. A CityWalk through the historic Sinan Road neighbourhood and a visit to the Shanghai Museum East — 5,000 years of Chinese civilisation under one roof — round out the adventure.

Zhejiang University Tour

A deep campus experience at Zhejiang University — the History Museum, Library, and Qiushi Academy — guided by student ambassadors, with a lunch at the university cafeteria and a fan-making culture workshop.

With a 2:1 Chinese-to-international student ratio, campers form mixed teams, build cross-cultural communication skills, make friends from around the world, and develop a truly global perspective.

City Exploration

Two iconic cities, one journey — the poetic West Lake and Su Causeway of Hangzhou and the dazzling Bund skyline of Shanghai, where East meets West in perfect harmony.

Afternoon Arrive at the Hangzhou camp — check in and get familiar with the campus and your team.

19:00–20:00 Opening ceremony & team building — kick off the 7-day adventure!

Day 2 · Aug 3

Tech Exploration & West Lake

Morning "Six Little Dragons" Tech Hall — explore Hangzhou's leading AI innovations and see how AI transforms every industry.

Afternoon West Lake discovery — the Su & Bai Causeways and Leifeng Pagoda, followed by a scenic boat cruise on the lake.

Innovation Workshop Day

Morning Drone workshop at the Hangzhou Chess Academy — a half-day of drone piloting and coding.

Afternoon AI seminar — a dedicated AI course exploring the frontiers and real-world applications of the technology.

University Experience Day

Morning Zhejiang University tour — Zijingang Campus, History Museum, Library, and the Qiushi Monument, guided by a student ambassador.

Lunch Experience student life with lunch at the ZJU cafeteria.

Afternoon Traditional fan-making workshop — a hands-on taste of Chinese heritage craft.

Morning High-speed train from Hangzhou to the magic of Shanghai.

Afternoon Yu Garden — a serene Ming-dynasty classical garden in the heart of the city.

City Walk & Culture

Morning Sinan Road CityWalk — explore Shanghai's historic tree-lined neighbourhoods.

Farewell & Return Day

Morning Wrap up Shanghai and say goodbye — heading home together after 7 days of learning and growth. A new chapter begins!
