To study in China for a full degree you'll need an X1 visa (for stays longer than 180 days). Once you're admitted, the university issues your admission notice and a JW201 or JW202 form — the official paperwork that lets you apply for the X1 visa at a Chinese embassy or consulate in your home country.

Not necessarily. Many degrees in Beijing are taught entirely in English — for these you'll need an English certificate (IELTS/TOEFL) but little or no Chinese. If a student feels unwell, the camp leader will assess the situation immediately and, if necessary, accompany the student to receive medical attention while notifying parents without delay. We provide full visa application guidance for overseas programs — including the required document checklist, recommended submission timelines, and key tips for each destination country. Please note that visa approval is ultimately at the discretion of the relevant embassy; we will do everything we can to support a successful application.
